Welcome to the Pantheon Protocall VALORANT Tournament. The goal of this tournament is to provide a fair, competitive, and enjoyable experience for all participating teams.

1. Participation

  • Participation in the tournament is restricted to players 18 years of age or older.
  • Each team consists of 5 players. One substitute player may optionally be registered.
  • Each player may participate for only one team.
  • All participants must register with their VALORANT name and Riot ID before the tournament begins.
  • The tournament will only take place if at least 8 teams register.
  • If the minimum of 8 teams is not reached, the tournament may be cancelled or postponed.
  • By participating in the tournament, all players confirm that they have read and accepted these rules.

2. Conduct & Fair Play

  • All players are expected to behave fairly and respectfully towards other players and the tournament staff.
  • Insults, discrimination, intentional provocation, or toxic behavior are not permitted.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in a warning, a round loss, or the disqualification of the entire team, depending on the severity of the offense.

3. Match Format & Map Veto

  • Matches are played in a 5-versus-5 format.
  • The map for each match will be determined through a map veto.
  • The map veto will take place before the respective match begins.
  • Teams must be ready and present in the designated lobby/Discord area at least 7 minutes before the scheduled match time.
  • Wins will be counted according to the tournament format specified by the tournament organizers.

4. Punctuality & No-Shows

  • Teams are required to be ready at the scheduled match time.
  • If a team is more than 7 minutes late, the match may be awarded as a default win to the opposing team.
  • If a team fails to show up, the tournament staff may also award a default win to the opposing team.

5. Technical Issues & Pauses

  • Technical issues must be reported to the tournament staff immediately.
  • Each team may independently take technical pauses for a total of up to 10 minutes per match.
  • The 10-minute pause allowance is separate for each team and may be divided into multiple pauses.
  • Once a team's available pause time has been used, the match must continue.
  • In the event of technical problems exceeding the available pause time, the tournament staff will decide how to proceed.
  • Matches may not be intentionally interrupted or delayed without a valid reason.

6. Cheats & Unauthorized Software

  • The use of cheats, hacks, scripts, exploits, or any other unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
  • Any software or method that provides an unfair advantage over other participants is also prohibited.
  • If a violation is confirmed, the affected player and/or team will be immediately disqualified.

7. Bugs & Exploits

  • Intentionally exploiting serious bugs or glitches is prohibited.
  • If a significant bug occurs during a match, the tournament staff must be informed.
  • The tournament staff will decide whether the match should continue, be paused, or be replayed.

8. Evidence & Complaints

  • In the event of a rule violation, screenshots, video recordings, or other reliable evidence may be submitted.
  • Complaints should be submitted to the tournament staff as soon as possible after the relevant match.
  • The tournament staff will review the situation and make a final decision.

9. Tournament Staff Decisions

  • The tournament staff is responsible for interpreting and enforcing these rules.
  • Decisions made by the tournament staff are generally final and binding.
  • If a situation occurs that is not explicitly covered by these rules, the tournament staff will make a decision based on fairness and the best interests of the tournament.

10. Rule Changes & Cancellation

  • The tournament staff reserves the right to modify or add rules if necessary.
  • Any changes will be communicated to participants before they take effect.
  • If the minimum participation requirement of 8 teams is not met, the tournament may be cancelled or postponed.
