All players must be present as from 10:00 for the check-in period of the tournament.

Tournament participation is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the entry fee.

All participants registering for the tournament, kindly proceed to request to join when joining the tournament after making the payment of your tournament slot or your participation will be invalid upon the check in period, thank you.

Please note that payments for this tournament are not handled directly on Challengermode. To finalize your registration, you must complete your payment via our official eSports Faction WhatsApp Business account.

1. Select your most preferred game and amount of entry slots for this tournament and place your order.

1. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your Challengermode Team Name so we can verify your payment and approve your team on the platform!

TOURNAMENT ENTRY POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

All tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a registration is confirmed. By submitting payment, players and teams accept that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

1. Non-Transferable Entries

Tournament entries and player/team registrations are strictly non-transferable. Requests to alter the registered team name, roster, division, or scheduled match date/time will not be accommodated.

1. Player Responsibility

Players and team captains are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all registration details — including team name, roster composition, division, and contact information — prior to completing their entry. ESF is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

1. Event Cancellation by ESF

Should ESF, as the event organizer, cancel a tournament, the no-refund policy outlined above shall not apply. In such cases, ESF will issue a refund or provide an appropriate alternative resolution to affected players and teams.

1. Acknowledgment of Policy

By completing a tournament entry, players and teams confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.

Registration Tiers & Waitlist Policy: The tournament features a milestone-based registration structure. The baseline capacity is set at 8 participants. Registrations exceeding this limit will automatically be placed on a waitlist. If total registrations reach the next milestone of 16 verified participants, the tournament bracket will officially expand if feasible, and all waitlisted players will be confirmed.

RULES

A game that has been played past the first rounds is deemed valid. If your game host starts with the wrong settings you have to report it to the admins before the beginning of the match.

Verify your results after the game in your lobby please, even if you lose.

You must follow the Ban/Pick Order!

VALORANT Rulebook

All Esports Faction tournaments will be hosted on Challengermode platform. We suggest every team captains to create their teams on Challengermode for any tournaments, to add their game accounts to their profiles and for their players, which you are about to join with us.

• Every team members need to confirm their participation if less than four players (including Substitutes) are not, the team will not be granted a spot in the tournament.

• Required number of teams to confirm participation : 8 teams, less than that will result into the cancellation of the tournament.

• Monetary prizes will be paid physically in the form of a bank cheque, thus your prize money will be redeemed directly by the team captain.

• The use of any in-game bugs, exploits, modification to your current game files will result into an entire disqualification of the team.

• It is strictly forbidden to use any cheating software, third party application, hardware which has not been approved by the Game Developer's policy and would give an unfair advantage against other participants.

• Players and their game accounts which have been flagged, banned by Game Developers are forbidden from stepping up in Esports Faction tournaments unless an official proof from the Game Developers to allow such player to participate.

• Team captains are responsible for the actions of their team members during the entire course of the tournament as any unsportsmanship behavior, toxicity actions towards other teams will result into a disqualification following several warnings given.

TOURNAMENT FLOW

Confirmation Period

Before a tournament starts, you as a player must confirm your participation by paying your team entry which can be found here insert hyperlink. Every team members must abide and process to do it!! Failing to do so, your teams will not be granted access into the tournament.

Moreover, if the confirmation spots have been exceeded, even if your team has confirmed its participation, it won't guaranteed you a spot as your team will be placed into a waiting list (for example 31, 65, 129th waiting).

Communication

All communication is addressed on Challengermode and secondly on Esports Faction Discord server. To receive tournament support, kindly proceed to make a support ticket to our Discord support channel. (Contact an admin on the tournament page).

Moreover, it is recommended for all teams to use Discord as a voice chat communication to our team and during the tournament matches where you will have to join Esports Faction Discord server here.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

Team

• The team captain will be solely responsible for reporting the match scores to the Tournament administration and connecting with the opposite team captain for communication :

• This can be achieved by using the CM lobby chat during each tournament match.

• It is essential to have at least the team captains of each team being always present on Esports Faction's Discord server.

• All teams are suggested to have at least 1 substitute in their lineups in case of any unforeseen emergencies, no-show from any team member.

Tournament Format

• Tournament main format will be structured out of Single Elimination:

• All Playoff tournament games being played including semi finals will be Best of three matches including the Grand finals.

BAN/PICK ORDER

Bans and picks must be done in the Challengermode lobby. It is done through the Challengermode Veto system.

PRIZE and STREAMING

Prizes will be awarded according to what is communicated on the Tournament Event Page. Monetary prizes will be made in Mauritian Rupees, in accordance with industry standard payout methods, Additional Prizes will be provided where it is stated on the Tournament Event Page. (Prizes will be paid up to three months by the tournament organizer, requests for prizes after the completion of the tournament should be sent to Esports Faction Whatsapp number - +230 5255 9071)

Streaming the tournament matches are not allowed as all tournament matches followed by the schedule posted, will be streamed by Esports Faction. Teams which are caught by the administration on livestreaming the tournament, will be facing punishments and even disqualifications after several warnings has been issued.

COACHES and SUBSTITUTES

Each team is allowed to have one coach and one substitute which must be predefined in the team on Challengermode in advance and being mentioned on the registration page.

In the game lobby there can´t be different team members as in the Challengermode lobby!

(If an admin is present) They create the lobby, invite both teams' captains according to the nicknames on Challengermode or give their own nickname to captains to add them to their friend list, and after that admin invite captains.
